Crochet Hexagon Jute Trivet
I favor experimenting with various materials, and jute is a personal favorite. Its durability and unique blend of stiffness and pliability make it an excellent choice forย crafting coasters, trivets, rugs, and other household items. While jute can pose a bit of a challenge due to its less soft and flexible nature, using a larger crochet hook, like the size N I used for thisย hexagon jute trivet, can make the process more manageable.

- The pattern is easy, but jute can be challenging to work with.
- The use of an M/N/P size crochet hook can make it easier to crochet jute.

If the trivet becomes soiled, wipe gently with a damp cloth and soapy water. Air dry. Do not submerge the trivet in water. The jute will weaken and separate.
